MEA gives NBCC (India) an order for $30 million from Saudi Arabia

<p>The Ministry of External Affairs (GEM Division) has chosen NBCC (India) to provide project management consultant services for the building of the chancery-cum-residential complex at CGI, Jeddah, the company said on Wednesday. It said that the worth of this MEA project is $30 million, or around Rs 249 crore.</p>

<p>The business said in a regulatory filing, “The MEA has awarded the subject work to NBCC at PMC fee at 4.41 per cent (exclusive of taxes), i.e. Rs 11 crore (approx).”</p>
<p>The National Institute of Fashion Technology awarded NBCC (India) a work order earlier in January to build the National Institute of Fashion Technology campus in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, and to modify the Trade Facilitation Center that is already there as part of the campus. The order had a 218 crore rupee value.</p>
